This month I have visited the wonderful exhibition at World Museum Liverpool, William Brown Street, by the artist Taki Katei. Unknown to me until I visited the exhibition, I stepped into what I could only imagine as a calm Japanese courtyard filled with Cherry Blossom trees and beautiful ink drawings around me. A performance as magical as an actual night under the stars.  I felt like I was every where that the characters were transporting us to in the story. Especially in the first sequence when they first interact in a camping trip. I actually felt like I was under the stars with them. There was something very magical about that first part of the story when their lives first intertwine. Royal Albert Dock Liverpool has announced plans for a new Winter attraction offering a series of large-scale projections to light up the inner-quay side of the Merseyside Maritime Museum, launching on 31st October and running through to February 2020. Promising an original and unique visual experience, the six different projections will be created by Double Take Projections LTD, who have experience in designing some of the UK’s biggest light shows, including a Christmas Projections Show for Norwich Castle.
