As the first few glimpses of summer warmth have hit the street of Liverpool, the excitement is starting to build for the coming weeks. What better way to indulge in the good weather than with some good company, good food and good drink!

Stanley’s Bar & Grill has just the thing, a brand new Spring Menu! Set in Liverpool’s iconic Titanic Hotel, the restaurant offers a stunning setting to match the high quality food. The hotel located on Stanley Dock Liverpool is set within a UNESCO World Heritage Site – once a busy warehouse now a hotel full of character and original features. This vibrant new menu in the hotel’s restaurant brings together all the components neccesary for the perfect Spring evening meal.

Residents and visitors will delight in the delicious flavours and tantalizing dishes with a mouth-watering selection of nibbles, starters, main courses and desserts expertly created using the finest seasonal produce.

To begin, diners can enjoy tear and share homemade brioche with butter and flavoured salt, titanic hummus with charred flat bread, or even Hafod cheese croquettes with tomato and red pepper chutney.

Starters include cured meat platter available for one or two to share, white crab spring roll with mango salsa and avocado puree, torched mackerel with feta, chilli, coriander and oven dried tomato salad and many more delicious dishes. For those who prefer a vegetarian option there is baked goat’s cheese crottin with aubergine, roasted pepper, focaccia crouton and rocket, Titanic waldorf salad with Blacksticks blue cheese, grapes, apple and walnut. All these options are fresh and light yet packed with flavour, perfectly complimenting the warm Spring breeze.

The main courses continue in the same vain, including the exotic loin of cod with saffron potatoes and braised beef and tomato ragout with hand rolled pappardelle among many more dishes, each with their unique range of flavours.

Meat-lovers can indulge in the char grill menu at the Liverpool restaurant which includes your choice of sirloin, ribeye or fillet steaks, each dry aged with a choice of sauces and grill toppers. Dauphinoise potatoes, French peas, broad beans and crispy pancetta, Salt and pepper fries are just a few of the tasty sides available to perfectly complement the steaks.

There’s also a dedicated ageing room offering a selection of daily prepared cuts of meats, something not to be missed!
