    A stellar line up of events at Grand Central Food Bazaar

    As if the stunning decor and great food weren’t enough to tempt us, Grand Central Food Bazaar have added a stellar line up of events for the upcoming season to their food hall within the Grand Central building.

    The bazaar, located on Renshaw Street is a stunning food hall with many restaurants and bars throughout the sprawling venue. The food hall holds a stage, that will play host over the coming months to various local acts and tributes, to entertain customers, whilst they dine from one of the many food vendors such as; You’ve pulled, Chopsticks, Picnic, Chipotly, Homeslice or Champagne and Fromage.     Throwback Thursday’s will be a weekly event from 6pm, live music with songs from yesteryear, something to put your eyes and ears on, whilst concurrently slurping on a milkshake, or stuffing your face. This Thursday (24th January) Joe & Sarah play….

    Fridays and Saturdays at 6pm there will be a wide ranging mix of local singers taking to the stage, you can keep up with which artists are playing on their Facebook page. This coming Saturday, Emma Lousha sings from 6pm

    Sunday is national day of the roast, and with so many restaurants to choose from you can have your meaty roast, or opt for a veggie or vegan option, then just sit back and enjoy the tunes and the feast sans washing up. Sunday is Roasts n tunes from 1pm. Gluten free is also catered for!

    On top of these regular events, Grand Central Food Bazaar will also be recognising some favourite dates such as Bob Marley’s birthday on Thursday 7th February, playing Bob classics throughout the day and with some special offerings such Bob Marley milkshakes from Amsterdam inspired cafe, Mundeye, located downstairs (past the giant chess set!)

    Saturday 9th February is National Pizza day, try a plant based pizza from Homeslice to celebrate!  Sunday 10th February see’s in the chinese new year, with entertainment throughout the day. and specials from Chopsticks. February 14th, is  ‘a bazaar kind of romance‘ an alternative valentines event, with live music from Daisy Gill at 6pm. March 16th is St Patricks day, live music and entertainment all weekend, and thats just the next couple of months!
