You might have heard somewhere a saying, “If you can dream it, you can do it”, and Erika Mejia is a perfect example of this. She opened her own floristry named Lovely Roses after going through a lot of struggle for years. Originally from Honduras, she left her country during her teenage and came to Miami to test her destiny. Having only 200$ in her pocket, she continuously looked for her desired work, revealing her high dedication, hope, and a positive approach.

She did many jobs but sought her passion meanwhile. She knew that she had not yet achieved what she wanted. This is why, when she got a chance to learn floristry during one of her jobs, she became entirely fascinated with roses and everything that could be done with them. Although she did not have any skill for that, she kept on learning, becoming proficient ultimately.

After a great deal of discipline, dedication, effort, and hard work, she learned various techniques to turn roses and other flowers into a great piece of art. Now it was the time to bear fruits of her meticulous efforts. She turned her life from an employee to an employer. She opened her flower shop named Lovely Roses; the famous roses store in Miami.

Lovely Roses is an international and Miami’s most famous floristry dedicated to creating authentic bouquets of roses as luxurious as they are exclusive. Her dashing bouquets have inspired many individuals falling in love. Her unique designs have quenched her clients’ thirst for finding impeccable nosegay. Among her many clients are celebrities including Pitbull, Demi Lovato, Anuel AA, Karol G, Luis Fonsi, Camila Cabello, Thalía, and many others.

    Erika Mejia’s Secret of Success

It’s certain that you have someone behind you who keeps on backing you while you go through hard times. You give them all your credit for your success. Erika Mejia also credits her family and friends for her dedication to her personal and business success.

She does not believe in achieving only personal goals. She wants to share her knowledge and keys to success by training those who are interested in learning the art of roses and floristry in general. For this, she has come up with an idea of introducing a comprehensive course that provides that basic materials and tools for developing arrangements from Natural and Preserved roses.

In fact, Erika Mejia is exemplary for those who want to start-up their business on a small scale. Not only she is a leading businesswoman but also a perfect motivator especially for Latin American immigrants who face similar trials in their way to success.
