Facing the Mediterranean, guests are invited to discover an exclusive menu inspired by some of Colagreco’s most emblematic dishes, presented in an atmosphere that blends fine dining with the relaxed energy of the Riviera.
Art also occupies a prominent place within the 2026 edition. This year, SUNSET will host an exclusive exhibition by French contemporary artist Fred Allard, showcasing several of his iconic monumental works.
